My father has played a big role in my life and I am very grateful for him. I grew up in Tonga and I always remember him providing for all of us, eight kids. He works so hard to support us in school and in our missions. He is the most hardest working man I know. Thank you, Dad!
Here are some pictures of the guys walking out of church today!!!
So last night after my cousin's Mata's wedding, we decided to go and sleep over in Lindon and made breakfast for father's day in the morning. Breakfast was great! Danny made his famous eggs and bacons, I made crepes. Ofo made waffles and Saane made the fruits and Kehau made cocoa. It was fun to eat together and enjoy great companies.
A side note, Danny and I have been looking to buy a house since we got married which was 2 years ago. We have been praying, fasting, saving, and working really hard to buy a home. Our Agent Tema have been assisting us and we have been looking at homes for the last 2 years (on and off). It will be a different post talking about that whole process so I won't mention a whole lot here. Our goal was to surprise our families by inviting them over on Father's day to our new house (because we were supposed to move in father's day weekend) but because things didn't work out for us to move in, we decided to tell them during out breakfast.
So while we had our breakfast, Danny got up and said that we have something to tell them. Everyone thought I was expecting but NOOOOOOOO...:) He told them we just bought a house in Provo and they will get to see it after Church today. We told them how we planned to surprise them and everyone was so excited and congratulate us even his grandpa, Taniela cried and gave us a big hug. We were so excited to finally let them in our big secret. We have been keeping the whole purchasing to ourselves so it's nice to finally tell them. Everyone was so excited and we were happy as well.
The rest of the day was fun and exciting. Right after church we took everyone to the house and Tema (our agent) met us there and opened the house and the family got to tour the house. They all loved it and was so happy with it. After that we all went back to Danny's family house and had a big dinner. What a fun exciting day for us.
