2nd Part of our 4th Celebration

The 2nd part of our 4th of July was the fireworks! We watched it from the Hinckley's Building at BYU. I was happy that we had an awesome view of the fireworks and it wasn't too crowded. We got there and put out our blankets and camping chairs and ate our dinner and still had time to relax and play with Malik before it got dark.


The boys played wrestling on the grass and then it was my turn to played chasing with Malik. He would crawl away from me really fast then when he got to the grass, he would stop all of a sudden and look back for me to pick him up because he hates the grass.







I was really impressed with the fireworks from the stadium of fire this year. It probably lasted for an hour and a half. And, the grand finale was off the hook! Here are some shots that we tried to capture, enjoy...








We finally got home at around midnight after watching the stadium of fire and we were so tired but Danny wouldn't let us sleep without lighting his EXPENSIVE fireworks. Poor Malik and I, we were dragged out to our front lawn to sit on our camping chairs and watched Danny lid his fireworks. But it only lasted for an hour or so because both Malik and I were falling asleep.
