My baby, Malik, is constantly proving that he is a grown up. In fact, almost everyday he does something new and both Danny and I are just so amazed that even though he is still a baby, he is capable of doing so many cool things. I remembered not too long after I had Malik my brother in law, Edward, sent me a text from New Zealand and said to enjoy your baby now because they grow up so fast. I didn't really pay much attention to it but lately I kept noticing how true he was. I realized that my baby, Malik, is not so little anymore and times just go by so fast. Today, Malik totally surprised both of us, when he almost stood up on his own. I was watching my favourite show, "Gilmore Girls" and Malik was on his tummy on his blanket not too far from me. Next thing I know his feet were up and his butt was sticking up in the air and he did it for about a good minute or two. I seriously thought he was just gonna stand up. I was so happy that I got it on camera. Malik, you were so strong today and I am thankful to have you.
