hoT SuMMeR in uTAh!!!

I don't like winter but I'm not a big fan of summer either. I think it's fair enough to say that I love Spring and Fall. I spent few years in Hawaii for school and got to love the weather all year round and didn't mind the humidity. But after serving a mission here in Utah, I have come to love the dry weather and hate humidity. Mostly, because its easier and it takes less time to straighten my hair :). Well, about the title uh yes, Danny and I finally turn on our AC because it just gets too unpleasant in our house. To me, it feels like Spring doesn't really last that long and Summer just drags and drags and so is Winter.

Just the other day, Danny picked me up from work and on our way home, I was complaining the whole way home how hot I was at the back seat and how I wish that we were some place else that's cool. We got home changed and on our way to Target because we had heard that they are having sales today.. On our way there, we noticed a cute little shave ice place (snowe)on the side of the road so we stopped to get some to cool us off. Of all my years in Hawaii, I had never eaten a shave ice but because it was so hot today, I decided to get one. I had to say it was okay, it did help cool me off but it's just ice with flavour.... Danny enjoyed his super size and I got medium size to share with Malik but it got way too sweet half way down that I threw it away. Today totally felt like it was 120 outside. I could be over exaggerated but I was seriously so hot. I had no idea how I survived my mission riding a bike with a dress and stocking for about 19 months in this heat...
