We first opened some more presents and celebrated Aloi's birthday. Then we decided that we were gonna go outside and go sledding. We started sledding around the backyard and had a thought to build a snowman. Danny and I pulled Malik around in his little sledding. It was fun just to see Malik enjoying himslef. The snow was very pretty and felt very soft. For those of you who knows me, you know that I don't like cold but I had to say that I really enjoyed the snow. It's probably because its Christmas! Saane and Ofo even joined the fun. We just had a blast enjoying family time and celebrating Christmas!
We started by dividing up our individual jobs. Danny and Ofo did the body and I did the head, while Saane and Malik supervised. I kinda got carried away and ended up with the head bigger than the body. After getting the snowman put together, Danny and Ofo put their "smoothing skills" to work with Kehau's cheese shredder and spatula. Then Saane, Ofo, and I decorated the snowman by putting on a blue scarf (Kehau's table cloth :)), red lips from red vines, brown arms from sticks, brown eyes and nose from rocks.
At the end, we were all so cold and luckily Kehau had made us a pot of hot chocolate. Malik even had fun watching the snowman. The rest of the day, we played games, ate some food, and spent quality time with family.
