My sisters and I love to talk all the time. Because we live so far away from each other, we have enjoyed talking on MSN-Instant messenger. Shout out for IM... Basically, because it's free...!!! Koe kau freebies, I wonder whose idea was this??? Probably Miss Frugal, aren't we all? Okay, here are our locations. Ana is in New Zealand, Mata is in American Samoa(for the moment), and Siale is in Tonga, and of course I am here in Utah. In fact, these are the topics of our conversations. I always talk to Ana about anything to do with cooking and baking. Conversations with Mata have always been about the general subjects...'ilo me'a kehekehe..hi hi hi :). Nah, with Mata I can talk to her almost about anything and she would have an answer. She is the brainy one in the family. But I talk to her mainly about little tips on babies, political issues, school, families, etc. And Siale, I love to get her talking about her boy issues then I will listen and give her a piece of my mind regarding the stupid boys that are after her.
One particular conversation that I had with Mata on Thursday (April 17th, 2008)that I really wanted to mention here. Trust me I have a point to this. I asked her if she had any tips on what to do so that Malik could sleep through the night without waking up two to three times a night. Mata quickly told me what she had done with all of her kids and it worked like a charm. She basically said to give Malik water when he wakes up at night and gratually he would catch on to the idea that if he wakes up at night he would get water instead of milk and he would stop waking up and sleep through the night. I couldn't believe what she was saying water?, I thought to myself. Why would water work??? I was very reluctant to the idea. But, I remembered that my mom, Fehi, had told me couple of months back to do this very same thing (the water idea). My mom told me that it worked because she tried it with all 8 of us and it worked every single time. I just don't know... Oh well, what the heck I think I will try it and see... so stay tune for the conclusion of my experiment...
