Typically, I work from 7am - 3pm from Monday to Friday so that I can get home and watch Malik so Danny could get some sleep for work. For those of you who don't know, Danny has been working graveyard shift since Malik was born. Yes, it's hard but Danny likes it some how. I personally don't like the idea but it's nice to always have one of us with Malik. Anyways, so when I get home I would feed Malik and put him down for a nap or have him play with his toys while I clean the house. Yes, boys will always be boys because my house always looks like a jungle when I get home...:) So, today Malik was good enough to take a nap on the couch in the living room while I cleaned. Not too long, I walked over to check on him and found him in the middle of scratching his head. I took his hand down from his head and surprised to find that he took a big junk off his head. It was bleeding and sadly as I tried to put him back to sleep he started crying because it must had hurt so bad. So yeah, Malik totally put his nails to work, today. I will put up some pics later to prove this sad incident. I just can't figure out how else to cut his nails. I could have just finished cutting them and somehow he would still scratch himslef. I probably need to take classes on how to cut babies' nails. Any tips on cutting nails out there....???
